SUMMARY:EuCAPT workshop on Astroneutrino Theory
DESCRIPTION:COVID-19:  New dates\nThe priority of organizers is to hold the
  event in-person. The current situation in the Czech Republic seems promis
 sing for the planned dates September 20 - October 1 2021. The organizers a
 re preparing a hybrid workshop offering both on-site and on-line participa
 tion.\nThe EuCAPT workshop on Astroneutrino Theory will take place in Prag
 ue\, Czech Republic.\nThe scientific agenda of the Workshop is focused on 
 the role of neutrinos in astroparticle phenomena:\n\n	Aspects of Cosmic Ne
 utrino Background\n	Electromagnetic properties of neutrinos\n	Neutrinos in
  celestial dynamics\n	Neutrinos in cosmic rays\n\nThe goal of the Worksho
 p is to bring together experts of the selected areas\, from whom the parti
 cipants (experts and students) can learn. Secondly the workshop hopes to 
 build up a creative environment supporting the formation of  new ideas a
 nd collaborations.
